WorldChampionBull.com is a statistics reference site. We collect as little about you as we can get away with, and this page explains the little we do.

What we collect

Newsletter email address
If you subscribe to The Weekly Dirt, we store the email address you provide. That's the only thing the form collects. Delivery is handled by Resend, our email service provider, which processes your address on our behalf.
Bulls and programs you track
If you track bulls or programs in Your Bull Pen, we store that list with your email address so The Weekly Dirt can include them. Tracking also subscribes you to the newsletter.
Contractor program claims
If you claim a program's page, we store what you submit: your name, role and email address, the program's website, social links and bio, and any logo, photos, video links or pedigrees you send. A person reviews every claim. Once approved, the program content (bio, links, logo, photos and pedigrees) is published on the site, credited to the program; your name and email address are not published. Your portal is reached through a private link we email you, not a password, so treat that link like a key. When you open it, your browser remembers it on that device (in the browser's local storage; it isn't sent anywhere else) so the Sign in link at the top of the site takes you straight back. Sign out in the portal, or on the Sign in page, clears it.
Basic technical logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver pages and protect against abuse, as any web host does.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful — things like page views, approximate location, and how visitors move through the site. GA4 uses cookies or similar identifiers. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.

What we don't do

The newsletter

The Weekly Dirt goes out roughly once a week. Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link; using it removes you from the list immediately. You can also email us and we'll remove you by hand.

Contractor program emails

If you claim a program's page, we email you a receipt, your portal link once your claim is approved, game-day cards when PBR posts a draw with your program's bulls in it, and a weekly report on your bulls. Game-day cards go out automatically as soon as we find the draw, so they arrive in time to post; you can switch them off in your portal. A sign-in link you ask for on the Sign in page also goes straight to the email on file for your program, and it contains nothing but your own link. A person reviews every other program email, including the weekly report, before it's sent. Reply to any program email and we'll stop sending them.

Partner links

Some outbound links on the site may in the future be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy something after clicking. Any such link is marked as a partner link where it appears. These links don't collect personal information on our site.

The contractor portal shows a banner for our partner Buck Hub, labeled as a partner. Its link includes a tag (UTM parameters) that tells Buck Hub the visit came from WorldChampionBull.com and which program's portal it came from. The tag carries no personal information.

Data requests

Want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted? For most visitors that's nothing; for newsletter subscribers it's an email address and any bulls or programs you track; for contractors who claimed a page, it's what you submitted with the claim. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes affecting newsletter subscribers will be noted in the newsletter.
