How it's decided: weeks run Monday to Sunday. A program qualifies with at least 4 scored outs on U.S. circuits that week, and the winner has the highest average bull score (ties go to more outs, then more buckoffs). A week needs at least 3 qualifying programs to name one, so a light week never crowns a program by default. Credit goes to the program PBR lists on each out. Programs are listed as PBR names them, partnerships included.
